Return and Refund Policy – FORÇA
At FORÇA, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your wellness and training needs. To ensure you shop with confidence, we offer a clear and fair return policy.
1. Return Period
You have a maximum of 20 days from the delivery date to return your product if you are not completely satisfied.
2. Product Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Include the purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
3. Shipping Costs
FORÇA will cover the return shipping costs. You will not have to pay anything additional to return your product.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product:

A full refund of the product price will be issued, excluding any additional costs such as initial shipping or optional services.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
5. Return Process
To return a product:

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
